LIFT OF SUSPENSION of ACT Havayollari A. S. (ACT Airlines Inc.) carrying on business as ACT Airlines's Licence No. 090096 - Order No. 2010‑A‑595.

In its Order No. 2010-A-595, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), suspended the non-scheduled international licence of ACT Havayollari A. S. (ACT Airlines Inc.) carrying on business as ACT Airlines (Licensee).
The Agency has reviewed the matter and concludes that the Licensee now meets all the applicable requirements of subsection 73(2) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the licence is reinstated.
