Falls Aviation Limited carrying on business as Welland Aero Center (Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.

The Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) finds that the Licensee does not hold a valid Canadian aviation document.

Pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), the Agency must suspend the licence.

Accordingly, the Agency suspends the licence and provides the Licensee with 30 days to show cause why the licence should not be cancelled.
