On April 26, 2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the alteration and maintenance of the road crossing warning system at Victoria Street and mileage 64.06 Bala Subdivision, in the village of Beaverton, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of April 26, 2010.
