On May 4, 2011 the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction and maintenance of the road crossing (grade separation) at Trans-Canada Highway 1 and mileage 8.80 Shuswap Subdivision, in the community of Clanwilliam, in the province of British Columbia.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 4, 2011.
