AGREEMENT between the Canadian Pacific Railway Company and the City of Regina pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On April 11, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the installation and maintenance of the road crossing warning system at Ross Avenue and mileage 0.33 K Lead with headblock at mileage 91.47 Indian Head Subdivision, in the city of Regina, in the province of Saskatchewan.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of April 11, 2011.
