CANCELLATION of Road Trailer Rentals Inc.’s Licence Nos. 010036 and 010037.
In its Decision No. 509-A-2010 dated December 21, 2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspended the domestic and non-scheduled international licences of Road Trailer Rentals Inc. (Licensee). The Licensee was provided with one year to file an application to reinstate its licences.
To date, the Licensee has failed to file an application to reinstate its licences. Also, the Licensee does not hold a valid Canadian aviation document and does not have the prescribed liability insurance coverage.
The Agency concludes that the Licensee does not meet the applicable requirements of the CTA.
Pursuant to subsection 63(1) and paragraph 75(1)(a) of the CTA, the Agency must cancel the licences.
Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to subsection 63(1) and paragraph 75(1)(a) of the CTA, cancels the licences.
