On May 6, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing at Douglas Street and mileage 0.63 Webbwood Subdivision, in the city of Greater Sudbury, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 6, 2013.
