Order No. 2022-A-9

Whereas, under subsection 36(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Canadian Transportation Agency has given the Minister of Transport notice of the annexed Regulations;

Whereas, under subsection 86.11(1) of that Act, the Canadian Transportation Agency has consulted with the Minister of Transport with respect to the annexed Regulations;

And whereas, under subsection 86.11(2) of that Act, the Minister has given the Direction Respecting Flight Cancellations for Situations Outside of a Carrier's Control;

Therefore, the Canadian Transportation Agency makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Air Passenger Protection Regulations under subsections 86.11(1) and 177(1) of the Canada Transportation Act.
