APPLICATION by Sea to Sky Air Ltd. to reinstate Licence No. 040105.

In its Order No. 2009-A-425-eng">2009-A-425, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), suspended the domestic licence of Sea to Sky Air Ltd. (Licensee).

The Agency has reviewed the application and concludes that the Licensee now meets all the applicable requirements of section 61 of the CTA.

Accordingly, the licence is reinstated.
