In its Decision No. 424-A-2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), suspended the domestic licence of Parachutisme Adrénaline Inc. carrying on business as Transport Planet’air (Licensee).
The Agency has reviewed the application and concludes that the Licensee now meets all the applicable requirements of section 61 of the CTA.
Accordingly, the licence is reinstated.
