By Decision No. WDA1987-132-10896 dated July 23, 1987, Edward James Paull and Ricky William Paull carrying on business in partnership under the firm name and style of Paull's Air Service (hereinafter the applicant) was granted authority to operate a Class 4 Charter commercial air service wholly within Southern Canada, from a base at Elkhorn, Manitoba, using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, subject to meeting the requirements of the Air Transport Committee of the Canadian Transport Commission as applicable.

By letter received by the National Transportation Agency on December 9, 1988, the applicant informed the Agency of its decision to withdraw the application approved by Decision No. WDA1987-132-10896.

The Agency has reviewed the matter and is of the opinion that there has been a change in the circumstances pertaining to Decision No. WDA1987-132-10896 dated July 23, 1987.

Decision No. WDA1987-132-10896 dated July 23, 1987 is hereby rescinded, pursuant to the Agency's power under section 41 of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987, c. 34, to review, rescind or vary any decision or order made by it.
