In its Decision No. 435-A-2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspended the domestic licence of Kokanee Helicopters Inc. (Licensee).
The Agency has reviewed the application and concludes that the Licensee now meets all the applicable requirements of section 61 of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.
Accordingly, the licence is reinstated.
