Air Canada also carrying on business as Air Canada rouge and as Air Canada Cargo (Licensee) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) for a licence to operate scheduled international services in accordance with the Arrangement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria set out in an Agreed Minute signed on July 5, 2006 (Arrangement).

The Licensee is currently licensed to operate, through code sharing, scheduled international services, large and all-cargo aircraft, on the route(s) set out in the Arrangement.

The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets all the applicable requirements of subsection 69(1) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to subsection 71(1) of the CTA, amends Condition No. 1 of the licence to read:

The Licensee is authorized to operate scheduled international services on the route(s) set out in the Arrangement.
