Decision No. 349-A-2015

In its Decision No. 2-A-2015, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspended the domestic and non‑scheduled international licences, in respect of small, medium and large aircraft, of Kelowna Flightcraft Air Charter Ltd. carrying on business as KF Cargo (Licensee).

The Licensee now requests the cancellation of the licences, in respect of small, medium and large aircraft.

Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended, cancels the licences, in respect of small, medium and large aircraft.
