By Decision No. 9802 dated May 23, 1986, Lab Sports Fish Limited was granted authority to operate a Class 4 Charter commercial air service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A restricted to the transportation of registered guests, employees, workmen, baggage, materials and supplies to its outpost camps from a base at Goose Bay, Labrador, Newfoundland, between May 15 and October 15 of each year, subject to meeting the requirements of the Air Transport Committee of the Canadian Transport Commission as applicable.

By letter dated August 18, 1988, Lab Sports Fish Limited advised the National Transportation Agency that it does not wish to proceed any further with its application.

The Agency has considered the matter and is of the opinion that there has been a change in the circumstances pertaining to Decision No. 9802 dated May 23, 1986.

Decision No. 9802 dated May 23, 1986 is hereby rescinded, pursuant to the Agency's power under section 41 of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987, c. 34, to review, rescind or vary any decision or order made by it.
