APPLICATION by Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation carrying on business as Saudi Arabian Airlines pursuant to subsection 73(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation carrying on business as Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudi Arabian Airlines) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) for authority to also transport passengers under Licence No. 030092.

Saudi Arabian Airlines is licensed to operate a non-scheduled international service.

Condition No. 1 of the licence states:

The Licensee is authorized to transport goods on a charter basis between points in Saudi Arabia and points in Canada.

The Agency is satisfied that Saudi Arabian Airlines meets all the applicable requirements of subsection 73(2) of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA).

Accordingly, the Agency approves the application and, pursuant to subsection 74(1) of the CTA, amends Condition No. 1 of the licence to read:

The Licensee is authorized to transport traffic on a charter basis between Saudi Arabia and Canada.
