APPLICATION by Anderson Air Ltd. to reinstate Licence No. 962246.

Anderson Air Ltd. (the Licensee) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (the Agency) for the reinstatement of Licence No. 962246. The application was complete on August 8, 2008.
Under Licence No. 962246, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
By Order No. 2008-A-89 dated March 10, 2008, Licence No. 962246 was suspended pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (the CTA). Pursuant to that Order, the Licensee was provided with a period of one year from the date of the Order to file an application to reinstate the said licence.
The Agency has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirements of subparagraphs 61(a)(i) to (iii) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 962246 imposed by Order No. 2008-A-89 dated March 10, 2008 is no longer in effect.
