In its Decision No. 206‑A‑2012, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspended the domestic licence of The Owen Sound Transportation Company, Limited (Licensee).
The Licensee now requests the cancellation of the licence.
Pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), the Agency may cancel the licence in accordance with a request from the Licensee.
Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the CTA, cancels the licence.
