Under Licence No. A.T.C. 1959/70(C), Air Caribou (1985) Inc. is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, from a base at Wabush, Newfoundland.

By letter dated April 28, 1988, the solicitor for Air Caribou (1985) Inc. has requested the cancellation of Licence No. A.T.C. 1959/70(C) upon the issuance of a new licence to Air Saguenay (1980) Inc. which bought the assets of Air Caribou (1985) Inc. A new licence was issued to Air Saguenay (1980) Inc. on October 31, 1988.

The Agency has reviewed the application and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. A.T.C. 1959/70(C). The application is hereby approved.

Licence No. A.T.C. 1959/70(C) is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987, c. 34.
