APPLICATIONS by I.M.P. Group Limited carrying on business as Execaire, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited, Air 500, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited and Canjet Airlines, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited for authority to also operate a domestic service, all-cargo aircraft under Licence No. 962586 and a non-scheduled international service, all-cargo aircraft, under Licence No. 967557.

I.M.P. Group Limited carrying on business as Execaire, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited, Air 500, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited and Canjet Airlines, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited (hereinafter the applicant) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) for authority to operate the services set out in the title. The applications were received on January 19, 2007 and were complete and ready for processing on January 25, 2007

Under Licence No. 962586, the applicant is authorized to operate a domestic service small, medium and large aircraft.

Under Licence No. 967557, the applicant is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service, small, medium and large aircraft, to transport traffic on a charter basis between Canada and any other country.

By Decision No. 312-A-2006 dated May 30, 2006, Licence Nos. 962586 and 967557 were suspended at the request of the Licensee in respect of the domestic service, medium aircraft and the non-scheduled international service, medium aircraft.

By Order No. 2007-A-15 dated January 15, 2007, the Agency, pursuant to paragraph 80(1)(c) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), exempted the applicant from the application of, inter alia, section 59 of the CTA to allow the applicant to offer for sale and operate a domestic service, all-cargo aircraft and a non-scheduled international service, all-cargo aircraft, until February 8, 2007, subject to certain conditions.

The Agency has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the applicant meets the requirements of paragraphs 61(a) and 73(1)(a) of the CTA.

Accordingly, new documents of licence bearing Licence Nos. 962586 and 967557 authorizing I.M.P. Group Limited carrying on business as Execaire, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited, Air 500, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited and Canjet Airlines, a Division of I.M.P. Group Limited to also operate a domestic service, all-cargo aircraft and a non-scheduled international service, all-cargo aircraft, will be issued. However, Licences No. 962586 and 967557 in respect of the domestic service, medium aircraft and the non-scheduled international service, medium aircraft remain suspended as set out in Decision No. 312-A-2006.
