APPLICATION by Airborne Aviation Incorporated for rescission of Decision No. 349-A-1988 dated September 26, 1988.

By Decision No. 349-A-1988 dated September 26, 1988, Airborne Aviation Incorporated (hereinafter the applicant) was granted authority to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, from a base at Forteau Airfield, Forteau, Labrador, Newfoundland, subject to meeting the requirements set out in paragraph 72(2)(a) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.).
By letter dated November 8, 1990, the solicitor of the applicant has requested that Decision No. 349-A-1988 be rescinded.
The Agency has reviewed the application and is of the opinion that Decision No. 349-A-1988 should be rescinded. The application is hereby approved.
Decision No. 349-A-1988 dated September 26, 1988 is hereby rescinded.
