Under Licence No. 920357, Cavair, Inc. doing business as Cavair Express (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 non-scheduled international service to transport traffic between points in Canada and the United States of America.
By letter dated November 12, 1992, the Licensee has advised the Agency that it has surrendered its operating certificate and has returned its licence for cancellation.
The Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. 920357.
Licence No. 920357 is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 97(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.).
