APPLICATION by Transwest Air Limited Partnership, By its General Partner Transwest Management Ltd. carrying on business as Transwest Air and Northern Shield Helicopters (applicant) pursuant to section 61 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA).

The applicant is currently licensed to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
