Licence 980006 is cancelled effective January 26, 2024, and authority for domestic service, small aircraft has been removed from licence 980005.
APPLICATION by Partner Jet Inc. (Licensee) for suspension of Licences 980005 and 980006 in respect of the services using small aircraft.
The Licensee is licensed to operate domestic services, small and all-cargo aircraft and a non-scheduled international service, small aircraft. It has requested the suspension of its licences in respect of the services using small aircraft.
Pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspends the licences in respect of the services using small aircraft.
The licences in respect of the services using small aircraft will be automatically reinstated when the Manager of the Air Licensing and Charters Division is satisfied that the requirements of subparagraphs 61(a)(ii) and (iii) and 73(1)(a)(ii) and (iii) of the CTA are met and provided that the other requirements of paragraphs 61(a) and 73(1)(a) of the CTA continue to be met.
The licences in respect of the services using small aircraft will be automatically cancelled if they are not reinstated within one year from the date of this Determination.
