The Agency will generally issue air service licences within 7 business days of receiving all required documentation demonstrating compliance with the licence requirements.

The target for achieving this service standard is set at 85 percent.

In April 2014, the Agency implemented this improved service standard, replacing the previous standard of issuance within 14 calendar days. In 2016/2017, the Agency issued 90% of 98 licences within the established service standard.
