(A3) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG307 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A5) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG309 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A6) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG379 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A8) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG427 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A10) On or about the 18th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG435 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A12) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG442 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A13) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG471 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A15) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG601 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A16) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG621 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A17) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG627 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A19) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG653 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A20) On or about the 18th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG659 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A22) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG685 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A23) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG689 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(A25) On or about the 14th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with a meal voucher when flight SWG793 was delayed and the delay between the scheduled departure of the flight and the actual departure of the flight exceeded 4 hours, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(B1) On or about the 14th of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(b) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to pay for overnight hotel stay and airport transfers for passengers who did not start their travel at that airport when flight SWG793 was delayed by more than 8 hours and the delay involved an overnight stay, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C1) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG063, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C2) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG306, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C3) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG410, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C4) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG436, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C5) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG515, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C6) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG600, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C7) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG682, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C8) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG684, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C9) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG688, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C10) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG732, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(C11) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, when the passenger's journey was interrupted by a delay for flight SWG746, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(3)(a) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to provide the passenger with the option to either accept a reimbursement of the total price of the ticket at the price to which it was bought or part of the ticket or to accept transportation to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D1) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG022 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D2) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG026 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D3) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG030 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D4) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG063 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D5) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG068 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D6) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG031 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D7) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG218 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D8) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG271 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D9) On or about the 14th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG302 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D10) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG305 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D11) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG306 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D12) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG307 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.

(D18) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG407 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.

(D39) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG516 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D40) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG517 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D41) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG518 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D42) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG519 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D43) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG520 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D44) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG538 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D45) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG600 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D46) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG620 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D47) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG621 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D48) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG626 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D49) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG627 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D50) On or about the 18th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG642 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D51) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG653 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D52) On or about the 18th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG653 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D53) On or about the 18th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG659 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D54) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG682 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D55) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG683 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D56) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG684 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D57) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG684 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D58) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG685 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D59) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG688 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D60) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG689 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D61) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG706 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D62) On or about the 17th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG730 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D63) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG732 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D64) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG746 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D65) On or about the 14th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG752 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D66) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG781 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D67) On or about the 14th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG793 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D68) On or about the 16th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG535 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D69) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG715 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(D70) On or about the 15th day of April, 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 15(1)(f) of its Scheduled International Tariff, by failing to make reasonable efforts to inform the passengers of flight SWG731 of delays, or schedule changes, and the reasons for them, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(F1) On or about the 15th day of April 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(c) of its Scheduled International Tariff by failing to offer the passengers on flight SWG218 who were on the aircraft when a delay exceeding 90 minutes occurred, the option of disembarking from the aircraft until it is time to depart, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
(F2) On or about the 14th day of April 2018, Sunwing Airlines Inc. did not apply Rule 16(c) of its Scheduled International Tariff by failing to offer the passengers on flight SWG302 who were on the aircraft when a delay exceeding 90 minutes occurred, the option of disembarking from the aircraft until it is time to depart, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58.
