3. Characterization of Bilateral Agreement
- A. Grant of Rights:
- All except as otherwise specified in the Annex.
- B. Designation:
- Multiple, Air Canada, Qantas and V Australia.
- C. Tariffs:
- Single disapproval.
- D. Capacity:
- Pre-determination 3000 seats/wk without restrictions as to frequency or aircraft type. No capacity limits on code-share services.
4. Routes and Associated Rights
The following routes and associated rights reflect the Air Transport Agreement signed on May 5, 1988. Subsequent changes to the routes and associated rights were agreed ad referendum on July 13, 2000 and are confidential until definitively entered into force.

Notes:
- The additional point in Australia to be named by Canada and the additional point in Canada to be named by Australia shall be any point with an airport designated for international operations.
- Points to be named by either Contracting Party may be changed on 6 months notice given to the other Contracting Party.
