1263343 Alberta Inc. (Lynx Air)
Contravention
(A) On or about January 24, 2023, 1263343 Alberta Inc. (Lynx Air) advertised the price of an air service in a marketing email sent by noreply@lynxair.com without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
(B) On or about January 31, 2023, 1263343 Alberta Inc. (Lynx Air) advertised the price of an air service in a marketing email sent by noreply@lynxair.com without including the total price that must be paid to the advertiser to obtain the air service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
(C) On or about January 24, 2023, 1263343 Alberta Inc. (Lynx Air) advertised the price of an air service in a marketing email sent by noreply@lynxair.com without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service and whether the service is one-way or round-trip, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
(D) On or about January 31, 2023, 1263343 Alberta Inc. (Lynx Air) advertised the price of an air service in a marketing email sent by noreply@lynxair.com without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service and whether the service is one-way or round-trip, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
