Contravention
Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) indicate that 9345-9907 Québec inc. carrying on business as “Totem Aviation” has, on or about July 19, 2018, contravened section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act in that it publicly offered for sale an air service within Canada, in particular on its website http://35.188.96.154/, without holding the required licence issued by the Agency.
