Aer Lingus Limited
Contravention
(A) On or about February 21, 2025, Aer Lingus Limited advertised the price of an air service on their mobile application without including the name and amount of each tax, fee or charge relating to the air service that is a third party charge, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(d) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(B) On or about February 21, 2025, Aer Lingus Limited advertised the price of an air service on their mobile application and did not set out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(C) On or about April 16, 2025, Aer Lingus Limited advertised the price of an air service on the website aerlingus.com/html/fr-CA/home.html and did not set out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(D) On or about February 21, 2025, Aer Lingus Limited made a reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on their mobile application and did not set the charge out under the heading “Air Transportation Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(E) On or about April 16, 2025, Aer Lingus Limited made a reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on the website aerlingus.com/html/fr-CA/home.html and did not set the charge out under the heading “Air Transportation Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
