Contravention
Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer, Ontario Region of the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) indicate that Air Canada has violated subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act in that it failed to provide a passenger with a meal voucher to be used in the terminal or with the on board café, at the time that Air Canada had incurred a flight delay of greater than four hours, re: flight AC103 on February 4, 2018. According to Air Canada's domestic tariff CTA(A) No. 3, Rule 80(C)(5), Air Canada should have distributed food vouchers to passengers after a four-hour delay.
