Air China Limited

(A) On or about January 31, 2025, Air China Limited advertised the price of an air service originating in Canada on their mobile application without setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(B) On or about March 21, 2025, Air China Limited provided information in an advertisement on the website www.airchina.ca and on their mobile application in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for optional incidental services, thereby contravening section 29 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
