Air Greenland A/S
Contravention
(A) On or about June 28, 2023, Air Greenland A/S operated an air service using a Dash 8 type aircraft bearing registration OY-GRH from Nuuk, Greenland (GOH) to Iqaluit, Nunavut (YFB) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
(B) On or about June 28, 2023, Air Greenland A/S operated an air service using a Dash 8 type aircraft bearing registration OY-GRH from Iqaluit, Nunavut (YFB) to Nuuk, Greenland (GOH) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
(C) On or about July 04, 2023, Air Greenland A/S operated an air service using a Dash 8 type aircraft bearing registration OY-GRO from Nuuk, Greenland (GOH) to Iqaluit, Nunavut (YFB) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
(D) On or about July 04, 2023, Air Greenland A/S operated an air service using a Dash 8 type aircraft bearing registration OY-GRO from Iqaluit, Nunavut (YFB) to Nuuk, Greenland (GOH) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
