Air Liaison Inc.

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), A designated Enforcement officer has issued a notice of violation believing Air Liaison Inc. has committed 26 violations, where they did not provide the prescribed compensation requested by the passengers or an explanation as to why compensation is not payable, within 30 days after the day on which it received the request, thereby contravening subsection 19(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

These contraventions occurred between January 6, 2023 and March 7, 2024.
