Air Liaison Inc.

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Air Liaison Inc. has committed 13 of the following violations, operating an air service, flight (DU900), (DU9000) (DU9200), ( DU9201) without holding the required licence issued under Part ll of the Canada Transportation Act, thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.

The contraventions occurred between December 21, 2023 to December 22, 2023
