Air Nunavut Ltd.

Results of a recent periodic carrier inspection conducted on February 27, 2018 by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Air Nunavut Ltd. is in contravention of subsections 67(3) and 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act and subsections 110(4) and 110(5) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
