(A) On or about July 29, 2019, when flight TSC309 was delayed on the tarmac at the Rome – Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, Air Transat A.T. Inc did not provide passengers with food, free of charge, in reasonable quantities, taking into account the length of the delay, the time of day and the location of the airport, contravening paragraph 8(1)d) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations DORS/2019-150.
