Contravention
(A) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), a designated enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Air Transat A.T. Inc. has committed 73 violations of failing to provide passengers (DM99TS), (COUIK8), (RPCNLC), (7TOGS2), (SUAT9W), (MCQCZW), (F1E176), (843TAQ), (PTPNJH), (TTYWMU), (IPTE9X), (D7XDU1), (I3ZR4K), (KUIQYM), (GGPSU1), (EZYOGP), (QHFWV7), (JUW17V), (RWGIHT), (RZCNTT), (XLS93I), (CKDINM), (OVQVWY), (XH6DSL), (PSTOYT), (XC0XWN), (DG97N3), (OB60JX), (LUK533), (72V6ZI), (ZE5YTI), (9HLPT4), (REKCCZ), and (TYEC0A) affected by the delay of flight number TS499, who had waited two hours after the departure time that was indicated on their original ticket, food and drink in reasonable quantities, taking into account the length of the wait, the time of the day and the location of the passenger, thereby contravening paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
These contraventions occurred between April 22 and 23, 2023.

Inc. has committed 73 violations of failing provide passengers (DM99TS), (COUIK8), (RPCNLC), (7TOGS2), (SUAT9W), (MCQCZW), (F1E176), (843TAQ), (PTPNJH), (TTYWMU), (IPTE9X), (D7XDU1), (I3ZR4K), (KUIQYM), (GGPSU1), (EZYOGP), (QHFWV7), (JUW17V), (RWGIHT), (RZCNTT), (XLS93I), (CKDINM), (OVQVWY), (XH6DSL), (PSTOYT), (XC0XWN), (DG97N3), (OB60JX), (LUK533), (72V6ZI), (ZE5YTI), (9HLPT4), (REKCCZ), and (TYEC0A) affected by the delay of flight number TS499, who had waited two hours after the departure time that was indicated on their original ticket, access to a means of communication, thereby contravening paragraph 14(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
These contraventions occurred between April 22 and 23, 2023.
