Arajet, S.A.

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), an enforcement officer has issued a notice of violation believing Arajet, S.A. has committed 18 violations, contrary to subsections 5(2), 5(3) and 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations, SOR/2019-150 (APPR).
