Aspen Air Charters Inc.

On or about November 8, 2024, Aspen Air Charters Inc. on its website (www.aspenaircharters.com) sold, caused to be sold or publicly offered for sale in Canada an air service without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby contravening section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act.
