Bermudair Limited
Contravention
(A) On or about September 1, 2025, Bermudair Limited advertised the price of an air service in a marketing email sent by mail@flybermudair.com, without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(B) On or about September 2, 2025, Bermudair Limited advertised the price of an air service in an advertisement on Facebook without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(C) On or about September 1, 2025, Bermudair Limited provided information in an advertisement in a marketing email sent by mail@flybermudair.com in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for an air service, thereby contravening section 29 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(D) On or about September 2, 2025, Bermudair Limited provided information in an advertisement on Facebook in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for an air service, thereby contravening section 29 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
