Contravention
(1) On or about July 25, 2022, at Vancouver International Airport, British Airways Plc failed to provide assistance services, on the request of a person with a disability without delay and in a manner that respected their dignity, to assist the person with disembarking flight BA85, thereby contravening paragraph 35(f) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
(2) On or about July 25, 2022, at Vancouver International Airport, British Airways Plc failed to provide assistance services, on the request of a person with a disability without delay and in a manner that respected their dignity, to assist the person with transferring between their passenger seat and a mobility aid upon the arrival of flight BA85, thereby contravening paragraph 35(h) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
