Between March 14, 2024 and May 20, 2024, Calgary Airport Authority failed to clean and maintain on a regular basis, a designated area for service dogs to relieve themselves, specifically the designated relief area located outside Door 9, thereby contravening paragraph 227(1)(b) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
