RE: Warning for violation of paragraph 67(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act

Results of a recent compliance verification conducted at Vancouver Airport South Terminal on March 8, 2019, by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Central Mountain Air Ltd. is in contravention of the following section of the Canada Transportation Act: Paragraph 67(1)(a) – Tariffs to be made public.
