Delta Air Lines, Inc.

On or about January 6, 2026, Delta Air Lines, Inc. failed to provide a passenger affected by the delay of flight DL2483, scheduled to depart on January 6, 2026, the reason for the delay, the compensation to which they may be entitled for the inconvenience, the standards of treatment for passenger, and the recourse available against the carrier, including their recourse to the Agency, using the available communication method for which they had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
