Contravention
1. On or about March 20, 2024, Delux Public Charter, LLC (doing business as JSX Air and JetsuiteX Air) operated an air service using an Embraer E-135 type aircraft bearing registration N263JX from Seattle, Washington, USA (BFI) to Calgary, Alberta, Canada (YYC) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA.
2. On or about March 21, 2024, Delux Public Charter, LLC (doing business as JSX Air and JetsuiteX Air) operated an air service using an Embraer E-135 type aircraft bearing registration N263JX from Calgary, Alberta, Canada (YYC) to Seattle, Washington, USA (BFI) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA.
