Edmonton Regional Airports Authority

(1) On or about March 12, 2024, the Edmonton Regional Airports Authority failed to identify, by tactile and Braille signage, the designated area for service dogs to relieve themselves located in the public area of the terminal (north of Door 1, Arrivals level), thereby contravening paragraph 227(1)(a) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.

(2) On or about March 12, 2024, the Edmonton Regional Airports Authority failed to have signage in the public area departures level, the south part of the public area arrivals level, and the restricted area of the terminal that indicates the direction to follow in order to access designated relief areas for service dogs, thereby contravening subsection 227(2) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
