Contravention
(A) On or about June 19, 2024, at Calgary International Airport (YYC), EW Discover GmbH dba Discover Airlines, failed to provide the passengers, by means of an audible announcement, the reason for the delay for flight number 4Y073, thereby contravening subsection 13(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(B) On or about June 19, 2024, EW Discover GmbH dba Discover Airlines, failed to provide a passenger, affected by the delay of flight 4Y073 scheduled to depart on June 19, 2024, the reason for the delay using the available communication method for which he had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
