Exploits Valley Air Services Ltd.

Results of a recent investigation conducted on April 30, 2018, by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) indicated that Exploits Valley Air Services Ltd. (Exploits Valley Air Service) was in contravention of subparagraph 67(1)(a.1) of the Canada Transportation Act by failing to publish their terms and conditions of carriage on the Internet site used for selling their domestic service to Fogo Island.
