Flair Airlines Ltd.
Contravention
(A) On or about February 9, 2024, Flair Airlines Ltd. advertised the price of an air service on a social media platform, specifically Facebook on the verified Flair Airlines Ltd. page, without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the APPR.
(B) On or about February 9, 2024, Flair Airlines Ltd. advertised the price of an air service on a social media platform, specifically Facebook on the verified Flair Airlines Ltd. page, without specifying any limitation on the period during which the advertised price will be offered and any limitation on the period for which the service will be provided at that price, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(c) of the APPR.
(C) On or about February 9, 2024, Flair Airlines Ltd. advertised the price of an air service on a social media platform, specifically Facebook on the verified Flair Airlines Ltd. page and Flair Airlines Website – www.flyflair.com, without setting out all third party charges under the heading "Taxes, Fees and Charges" unless that information is provided orally, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the APPR.
